Proceso de inscripción de la aplicación
Thank you for the sacrifices you make to give your children the gift of Catholic education. Your commitment to our Catholic schools is valued and appreciated. We are pleased to announce that we do offer financial assistance to families who qualify so the cost of tuition is not a factor in the decision-making process.
Families applying for financial aid will need to complete an application and submit the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS Grant & Assessment. Once enrolled at Our Lady of the Snows School, you will receive a Welcome email from Facts Management. In the email, you will receive instructions for creating your account.
Once your account has been created, applicants can start the application process online.
Once an online application has been completed, the following information will need to be sent to FACTS to complete the application process:
Copies of the previous year’s Federal tax forms including all supporting tax schedules;
Copies of your previous year’s W-2 forms for both you and your spouse;
Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Worker's Compensation, and TANF.
All supporting documentation can be uploaded in .pdf format online.
